When to use
the app and when the device?
GPStrackMe is perfect when you can trust the user's phone. GPS hardware is required when you need vehicle-side features (engine cutoff, independent battery, sensors).

Do I need to buy a physical GPS device?+
No. GPStrackMe uses the GPS and data connection of a compatible iPhone or Android phone. Vehicle-connected features such as remote engine cutoff or sensors still require GPS hardware.
How many phones can I subscribe to?+
As many as you need. Billing is per active device, and you can adjust the quantity from your account.
How do billing and invoices work?+
Your subscription renews monthly through Stripe Mexico. It costs MXN $99 plus VAT per device/month, and a CFDI tax invoice is issued automatically using your billing details.
What happens if a payment fails?+
The rest of your GPSafe account and physical GPS devices keep working. GPStrackMe devices have a 7-day grace period; if payment remains due, only those devices are suspended until the subscription is brought current.
