Do I need to buy a physical GPS device?+
No. It uses the GPS of your employee's iPhone or Android. You only need a physical GPS for vehicle features such as remote engine cut-off.
How many phones can I subscribe to?+
As many as you need. Billing is per active device, and you can adjust the quantity from your account.
How do billing and invoices work?+
You pay by card. It is charged automatically every month, MXN $99 + VAT per phone, and you receive a CFDI invoice. Cancel anytime; it applies at the end of the paid month.
What happens if a payment fails?+
You have 7 days to update your card. Otherwise the phones are paused until you pay; you do not lose their history.
Does my employee have to agree?+
The app asks them for location permission. We recommend telling them in writing that the company will see their location during work.
Does it drain the battery?+
The app adjusts how often it reports depending on whether the person is still, walking or in a vehicle.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?+
Yes. Your employee must choose "Allow always" or "Allow all the time" for location so the full route is recorded.
